Universal Pools & Plaster, Inc. is a rapidly growing pool construction company specializing in interior finishes on residential and commercial pools. The ideal candidate for the Project Manager position will be a self-motivated individual who is eager to work and grow with the business. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task.

Candidates must:

• Have a drivers license
• Speak English and Spanish
• Have 1 year of construction experience or a similar field
• Leadership skills

Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager role include:

• Supervising the work of subcontractors, laborers, etc. and give guidance when needed
• Determine needed resources on projects (number of crews, equipment, materials)
• Documenting site visits in our software program (photos, videos, notes)
• Maintaining a strong understanding of the relationships with clients and always acting in a professional and positive manner with homeowners, builders and co-workers
• Ensure company standards for safety and quality of work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
