Requirements

● Gather information from Carriers/Drivers via Phone and email

● Input information into our proprietary system to the team

● Notify the team of any potential issues regarding the shipment

● Relay shipment status updates to drivers/dispatchers

● Proficient computer skills
● Work schedule: Monday-Friday starting at 4pm

Qualifications

● High School Diploma

● 18 years of age or older
