We're looking for a Project Specialist to join our growing team on a contract basis (with high potential to convert to permanent). In this strategic role, you'll play a vital role in identifying qualified vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth project execution.

What You'll Do:

• Manage vendor onboarding, negotiating contracts, and securing the best possible terms for the company (budget funding).
• Actively source and identify qualified vendors to meet project needs
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project budgets, RFPs, and bid analyses
• Coordinate pre-construction and post-construction meetings with vendors and internal teams
• Assist in resolving project issues

Who You Are:

• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in procurement or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry (MUST)
• Excellent at written and verbal communication
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Yardi
