Social Worker – Remote & Part-Time Opportunities

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry, is currently seeking experienced Social Workers for a progressive non-profit organization whose mission is to deliver behavioral health care and human services. Programs include: Mental Health, Youth Services, Residential, Domestic Violence, Addiction, Care Management, Employee Assistance, etc.

Salary - $49,749 - $77,971 annually, depending on experience, education, and qualifications.

Starting at 30 hours per week, part-time hours are available with benefits.

Full-Time Days/Hours: M-F, 8am-4pm with one late night per week.

Responsibilities for the Social Worker/Clinician:

• Providing direct clinical treatment including individual, family, and group therapies, and crisis intervention
• Providing services using a combination of telephone, and video
• Conducting initial evaluations and identifying critical impairments
• Providing unscheduled and or emergent services as needed for walk-in, open-access, and crisis clients at any time during scheduled shift;
• Developing clear treatment strategies based on specific needs of each consumer
• Documenting all aspects of the evaluation and treatment process
• Participating in care planning and coordinating meetings to facilitate care process.
• Participating in quality assurance and quality improvement activities
• Documenting all services in accordance with Federal/State regulations and policies and procedures

Requirements for the Social Worker/Clinician:

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work is required. LMHC, LMSW, LCSW or LCSW-R license required
• Knowledge of substance abuse issues including features of alcohol and various drug abuse signs and symptoms, intervention strategies, awareness of associated medical concerns.
• Experience conducting individual, family and group therapy
• Broad clinical knowledge of psychiatric disorders, and psychiatric diagnosis.
• Ability to conduct clinical interviews and assess mental status.
• Must be tech savvy with PC applications. Experience with EMR strongly preferred.
• The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and counseling experience as appropriate to the assigned program.
