We are in need of a billing department representative to help us bills for our bills and services we have rendered. The ideal candidate should be bilingual, outgoing, and friendly. The ability to deal with a wide variety of people and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining outstanding customer service is required.
Job duties include: checking patients in, answering phone calls and calling patients, Someone who is proficient in directing patient flow, while delivering great service for our patients. We're looking for a new team member who can multitask while creating a warm and professional welcome to our office. Working on the schedule and doing billing.
The starting pay range for this position is $13-18 hour, depending on experience and performance.
- Collaborate with medical office staff to ensure proper documentation and coding practices
- Provide support in medical collections and handle patient inquiries regarding billing
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, insurance companies, attorneys, and healthcare providers

Must have experience from Chiropractic Office or any medical field.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
