We are currently looking for a full-time Sales Assistant responsible for new resident move-ins , as well as assisting future residents in available selections

Responsible for all details of new resident move-ins, as well as assisting future residents in available selections. Performs all necessary functions to ensure the successful move-in for future residents from point of sale to move-in. Assist with and support the sales effort as needed. Responsible for using the current UMC endorsed sales process. Performs diversified clerical and administrative duties in support of the Sales Director, Sales Counselor and the overall sales function.

Responsible for facilitating the pre and post sales process, ensuring that all records and files are complete and updated, and the move-in process is timely and well-organized.

Assists with the collection of deposits and fees.

Establishes and processes prospect and resident files, paperwork, and move-in packets.

Works with resident and family to ensure paperwork is completed and move-in is timely.

Assists with special events to generate leads and prospects.

Process referrals as required. Processes contracts and move-in paperwork in a timely fashion.

Responsible for the clerical functions of the sales office including maintains database, generates daily, weekly and monthly reports as directed. Handles assigned correspondence and sort and distributes mail.
