Our client is seeking to hire an IT Solutions Manager who can identify and address gaps within Vista Viewpoint and SiteSense software systems. This role requires an IT professional who can improve project visibility, enhance productivity, and demonstrate cost-effective practices.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct in-depth analyses of existing IT systems, focusing on managing construction materials, inventory, and equipment. Develop strategies to leverage SiteSense for comprehensive, real-time tracking of resources across projects.

· Ensure the seamless integration of ERP systems with Viewpoint Vista, enhancing data management, reporting capabilities, and overall operational efficiency.

· Lead the efforts in implementing and optimizing SiteSense and Viewpoint solutions, aligning them with strategic objectives.

· Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to fully leverage system capabilities, ensuring that technological solutions align with and support business goals.

· Oversee training and change management initiatives, guaranteeing high adoption rates and effective utilization of the new technologies among system users.

· Conduct regular performance reviews of the systems, collecting user feedback and measuring ROI to facilitate continuous improvement.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Construction Management, or a related field.

· Demonstrable expertise in SiteSense and Viewpoint Vista software, including implementation, customization, and troubleshooting.

· Strong project management abilities, with a preference for candidates possessing PMP or similar certifications.

· Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
