We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrating various systems and technologies to ensure seamless operations, enhance organizational efficiency, streamline operations, and maximize the value of the integrated systems within our organization. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrated systems including ERP solutions that meet the needs of our business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing existing systems and infrastructure to identify integration needs.
• Compile objectives for improving and streamlining company procedures.
• Develop procedures to improve existing systems.
• Designing and implementing integrated solutions that connect disparate systems and applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define integration objectives.
• Developing custom interfaces and middleware to facilitate data exchange between systems.
• Configuring and optimizing integrated systems to ensure performance and reliability.
• Testing and debugging integrated systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Documenting system integrations, including specifications, configurations, and procedures.
• Providing technical support and training to end-users as needed.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in system integration.
• Ensuring compliance with security and data privacy regulations in all integrated systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system integration and ERP implementation.
• Communicate effectively with departments to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns related to system integration and ERP implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in an IT environment.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.), and MS Power Apps.
• Familiar with Smartsheet, SharePoint, Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP)
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrated systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
• Prior experience in ERP implementation is required.
• Experience in data management and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as Certified System Integrator (CSI) or similar are preferred.
