United Integrated Services (USA) Corp. is Hiring a Cleanroom Protocol Control Assistant Near Phoenix, AZ

Summary:

As a Cleanroom Protocol Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our cleanroom facilities operate smoothly and adhere to strict cleanliness and safety protocols. In this role, you will assist with managing subcontractor communication, providing overall directions for protocols and inspections, meeting deadlines and diminishing the need for rework. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter that can ensure client expectations are met in a timely manner. Mandarin and English proficiency is strongly preferred for this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of cleanroom protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of cleanroom areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleanroom supplies, including gloves, gowns, masks, and cleaning agents.
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitization tasks within the cleanroom environment, following established protocols.
  • Lead in the training of cleanroom personnel on proper protocol adherence and safety procedures.
  • Respond to and address any protocol deviations or cleanliness issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleanroom activities and support overall operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams on a daily basis.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of cleanroom activities, inspections, and inventory levels.

Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Mandarin verbal communication skills are strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a construction site environment (trailer office).
  • Start-up experience preferred.
  • High level of attention to detail, and highly organized.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities depending on project needs.
  • Ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with all levels of employees, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues at all levels.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in a related field preferred.
  • 1 years of professional work experience
  • Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment or similar controlled environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Language Proficiency:

  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is strongly preferred.
  • Effective English verbal and written communication skills required; Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, and employees.

Computer Skills:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual will be proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), highly skilled in Excel; and have knowledge of Teams and Zoom.
  • AutoCAD experience is a plus.
  • KPA, Procore, Smart Sheets experience is a plus.

Work Environment, Physical Demands and Equal Opportunity Employer:

The position is based at the construction job site (trailer office). Even though the exposure of hazardous work conditions would be minimal, the employee may be required to visit the work area of the jobsite and thus be exposed to some typical work hazards that may be present on a construction site, such as dust, moving machineries, weather, caustic chemicals, noise etc. UIS would provide the required safety protection to ensure the safety of UIS employees and comply with all OSHA standards.
