TEMPORARY SUMMER POSITION: FULL TIME HOURS
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/ Service Clerk to join our team for the summer. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our Service department and provide support to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- File and maintain documents, both physical and electronic
- Open & distribute mail, handle daily sales deposits for Sales, Parts & Service.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette and customer service
-Assist the Service department open and closing work orders, scheduling service for customers and taking payments from customers.
- Assist with maintaining office supplies inventory
- Assist with project coordination as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in file management and organization
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Previous experience in a service department or administrative role is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
