Unis a leading a 3PL is in search of Sales Representatives to be a part of our team. You should be able to meet and communicate with customers in-person or at the site locations. We are searching for someone who’s ambitious, with leadership qualities, entrepreneur drive, and passion to compete in the industry. As a Sales Representative specializing in LTL and Parcel Services at Unis, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing and managing strategic sales initiatives within the 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) industry. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our LTL and Parcel Services solutions. Key Responsibilities
• Identify and target prospective clients within the LTL and Parcel Services market.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market
share.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other prospecting
methods.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer
satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific logistics needs and provide tailored
solutions.
• Promote and sell LTL and Parcel Services, showcasing their benefits and advantages.
• Provide clients with comprehensive information on pricing, service offerings, and
delivery options.
• Prepare and submit proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• 3 days outreach visiting clients and 2 days follow up.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong interest in sales and a desire to pursue a career in the logistics industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team.
