Position Overview:

We are seeking a high-integrity, high-character individual who can seamlessly integrate into our small team. While most applicants will likely have a similar background and years of experience in sales, what will set you apart is your character. We are looking for individuals who are good people, eager to contribute positively to our team culture. Belzona California is undergoing four hiring sessions this year, and we are looking for individuals who want to build a lasting career, make a significant impact, and take control of their sales territory.

Responsibilities:

1. Educate and Sell:

• Cold Calling/Email/Visit: Ability and willingness to initiate contact with potential clients through various channels.
• Promote Belzona industrial materials and repairs to companies in Power, Oil and Gas,

Wastewater/Water, Wind, HVAC, Marine and Facility Management.

• Clearly communicate the benefits and features of Belzona products to potential clients.

2. Establish Introduction Meetings / Conduct Lunch and Learns:

• Initiate and schedule introductory meetings with prospective clients to showcase Belzona solutions.
• You will engage with companies that Belzona has previously sold to, but it will also be your responsibility to forge new connections.
• Organize and conduct informative sessions to educate clients on the application and advantages of Belzona products.

4. On-Site Support:

• Providing on-site support does not entail personally executing the repairs, as we are not contractors. Your role will involve educating and demonstrating the repair process to the client's staff.

5. Territory Management:

• Take ownership of the sales territory, demonstrating a hungry and proactive approach to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of industrial materials and repairs is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong Computer Skills: Proficiency in using various software tools for sales and communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
