Duties:
- Support customers throughout the car buying process, from initial contact to delivery
- Conduct cold calls and follow up with potential customers to generate leads
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales
- Provide accurate and detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and warranties
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends, competitor offerings, and dealership promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic math calculations for pricing and financing calculations
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for effective customer communication
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive sales is preferred
- Bilingual language skills are a plus for serving diverse customer needs
