Solar Sales Associate Position:

Responsibilities:

• Solar Closers Wanted
• High Quality Appointments Provided
• Start in El centro working 2-5 days per week. (You can drive out for the day and take multiple appointments. Weekends required to work at the beginning. San Diego appointments can be provided after proving closing skills in El Centro)
• Use email, text, and other various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of leads
• Represent Heliogold Solar as a potential solar partner for HVAC ,window, and Roofing contractors
• Learn and use CRM and other tools of the job
• Become a proficient solar professional with an understanding of all aspects of the product
• Closing deals (Once you are ready. This can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months)
• 5 Sales a month minimum

Pay:

• Uncapped commission-based sales (Average sale commission between $1500 - $3000)
• Our standard is 4 sales/month
• Volume bonuses are available
• Six-figure annual income expected but in no way guaranteed (100k-200k 1st year expected income. (No single Heliogold Rep made less than 150k for the year 2022)
• 1099-contractor.
