The FOH Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer experience within the establishment's public areas.

They ensure that guests receive outstanding service, manage the FOH team, and collaborate with other departments to maintain efficiency and quality standards.

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for guests.

Team Management :

• Recruit, train, and supervise FOH staff, including servers, bussers, hosts, and bartenders.
• Schedule shifts and manage staff performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members.

Operations Management :

• Oversee daily operations in the dining area, bar, or other public spaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to ensure smooth service.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.

Health and Safety Compliance :

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Train staff on proper food handling procedures and safety protocols.

Event Management :

• Coordinate and oversee events, such as private parties or special promotions.
• Work closely with event planners and vendors to ensure successful execution.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to accommodate guest needs.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a FOH capacity.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
