Resident Assistant/House Manager
Apricity is currently recruiting for Full and Part Time House Managers/Resident Assistants for all shifts to work at our 24-Hr Community Based Residential Facilities. House Managers/Resident Assistants are responsible for maintaining oversight of clients in our designated AODA Residential Treatment program locations. Both Part and Full time opportunities are available during 2nd (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am), as well as weekends.

Apricity provides inpatient and transitional treatment, along with sober living, to meet our clients wherever they are on their recovery journey. Apricity gender-specific treatment is provided at Mooring House for men and at Casa Clare for women. We need passionate, talented people working together who share our desire to provide the best quality care to our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor residents on assigned shift.
• Intervene in crisis situations, reporting to on-call counselor in case of emergency.
• Document and report observations and pertinent information concerning client behaviors, and interactions in the communication log.
• Report and monitor residential medications according to procedures.
• Communicate pertinent resident information to the appropriate clinical staff, families and referents when assigned.
• Answer phones, direct calls and take messages.
• Participate in scheduled staff meetings and in-service activities.
• Perform all duties according to the facility’s policies and procedures.

• REQUIREMENTS
• :
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to pass a caregiver background check
• Must be willing to work weekends and overnights as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
