**Overview:**
Join our team as a Barista/Cashier at our bustling coffee shop where you will be crafting delicious beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and process payments accurately using the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning coffee machines and equipment
- Assist in food preparation, including assembling light snacks and pastries
- Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in food service, customer service, or retail sales preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
