Closing shift:

Sun-Thur: 2pm-9:30pm

Fri-Sat: 2pm-10pm

Hour pay: $19 - $25 ($19-$25 and hour includes tips with hourly wage)

Responsibilities

• Closing Duties
• Greet customers as they come
• Give customers menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
• Take orders while paying attention to details
• Prepare beverages following recipes
• Make beverages and waffle, Acai bowl and shave ice
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Stocking, Cleaning and Prep works
• Maintain stock of clean kitchen utensils and fruit
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Train new employees to uphold company standard
• First-in, first-out inventory management

Additional Duties

Cafe staff are also expected to keep track of the inventory for any of the food supplies and ingredients, such as refilling and making the food toppings, washing and prepping the fruits, and much more. Being able to field any customer questions or complaints is a given.

• Maintains a clean and organized work space so that coworkers may be able to locate products and resources efficiently.
• Knows where to locate and retrieve any recourses and supplies through the storage area.
• Consistently arrives before the beginning of the shift to begin work in a timely and punctual manner.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 23 per week
