Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and maintaining a balanced cash drawer
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
• Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier and barista station
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth operation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
