**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing outstanding customer service. **Duties:** - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes and standards - Operate coffee brewing equipment with precision and care - Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and handling transactions - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and utensils - Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory as needed - Uphold food safety standards in handling and serving food and beverages **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food industry - Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and transactions - Familiarity with operating cash registers and Aloha POS systems is a plus - Ability to handle food safely and follow health regulations - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can showcase your barista skills while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
