Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of products
- Assist with food preparation, such as assembling sandwiches or pastries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer experience

- Sales: Ability to upsell products and promote special offers to customers
- Time Management: Efficiently handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Customer Service: Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers
