THE OPPORTUNITY:
At UNC Executive Development, we take great pride in the design and delivery of our programs, providing business leaders with the space to learn and grow professionally and personally. A key member of the program and operations team, the Program Manager role is responsible for all aspects of program management and delivery in Chapel Hill, NC, other US locations, global program locations, as well as virtual programming. This individual serves as a primary customer interface with high-level corporate executive participants and manages all operational components of program delivery.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
The successful candidate will have strong customer service orientation, excellent attention to detail, strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Experience working with global clients and direct report management a plus.
Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint desired. Experience in event management, corporate customer service, virtual learning platforms, and training and development preferred. Minimum qualifications include an undergraduate degree and three years of administrative experience or equivalent experience in a related area.
This role will work closely with their program and operations team and will have the opportunity to manage a direct report. If desired, this position offers potential for upward mobility and growth pathways within operations and/or program design.
This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $52,000-62,000, plus overtime potential. This position requires some overtime, including evening and weekend work during program deliveries, as well as potential domestic and international travel (up to 25% of time). Due to the nature and responsibilities of the position, this is an on-site, in person role. However, there will be some opportunity and flexibility provided for remote work. Remote work is subject to program load and office-specific task completion.
