```Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing reservations and handling questions our customers may have, and ensuring exceptional service is provided. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and possess strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support

- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

- Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality standards are met and identify areas for improvement

- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

- Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives

- Analyze customer service data and generate reports on key performance metrics

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service

Skills:

- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet

- Proficient in store management systems and software applications

- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures

- Strong math skills for handling financial transactions accurately

- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base

- Familiarity with retail math concepts for inventory management

- Experience in recruiting and training customer service staff

- Knowledge of stock management principles and practices

- Ability to conduct employee orientations and onboarding processes
