Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Server Assistant to join our team. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent hospitality and guest services to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include assisting servers, bussing tables, and ensuring a clean and organized dining area. Duties: - Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables - Clear tables and reset them for the next guests - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area - Refill water glasses and provide additional condiments as needed - Assist with food handling tasks, such as running food orders from the kitchen to the dining area - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Operate the POS system to process payments accurately Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting - Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent guest services - Basic knowledge of food handling and safety procedures - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Skills: - Hospitality - Guest services - Food handling - Hotel - Cook - Restaurant - POS (Point of Sale) system operation - Bussing tables - Culinary knowledge We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
