training programs. In this role, you will also be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of staff, creating class schedules, developing staff learning plans, and ensuring consistency of information delivery - all at the highest level of accuracy and in line with the organization's cultures and values.

IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS :

• General knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building, influencing, and collaboration skills across job functions.
• Extreme organization and detail orientation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft excel and comfortable with working with a wide range of technological programs.
• Creativity in finding solutions to unique daily challenges.
• Ability to moderate groups and is comfortable speaking to employees in any given situation.
• Ability to be productive when working remotely or in an office setting.
• Knowledge of COVID-19 protocols and comfortable enforcing those protocols in various situations.
