Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Receptionist for our client in San Jose,CA. This is a 100% onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm shift, temp to perrm with a starting pay of $23-$24 an hour. Business casual dress code. The role encompasses some or all of the following onsite at our San Jose, CA corporate office.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

1. Open and close the office. 8am to 5pm. Potential overtime.

2. Maintaining the lobby/reception area

3. Answering phones, taking messages and forwarding communications.

4. Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifying company personnel of visitor arrivals

5. Maintaining corporate directories, security, and telecommunications systems as required

6. Following and enforcing company security procedures

7. Assisting in managing and issuing access cards and ID badges

8. Sorting and managing the mail.

9. Printing FedEx labels and processing packages for shipments.

10. Light shipping and receiving responsibilities.

11. Providing support for company events and lunches

12. Ordering kitchen and office supplies and maintaining adequate inventories

13. Daily restocking of kitchen supplies, snacks and office supply cabinets, etc.

14. Interfacing with and managing various outside vendors

15. Performing light cleaning around the facility as needed

16. Assisting other departments on an ad hoc basis

17. Participate and support Safety Committee/Team
