Are you looking for a challenging yet rewarding career in the Veterinary Field? If so look no further than UNI Pet Clinic in San Jose. We are looking to hire one to two receptionists. This position is for full time only with experience. You would need to have a flexible schedule as our clinic is busy throughout the year. We are open 6 days a week Mondays - Saturdays.
Job Requirements:
-Answering a 3 phone line system
-Send faxes
-Use scanner
-check in and check out multiple clients at a time
-Adequately handling cash, credit card payments and care credit payments
-Required to physically interact with both cats and dogs
-General office duties including but not limited to; cleaning exam rooms after each appointment, taking the trash and recycling out, weighing patients during their appointment.
-Verbal and written communication skills
-Required to perform housekeeping duties
Requirements: Candidate must be available to work late night, early morning and weekends.
