As a Human Resources Manager (also known as HR Administrator, HR Specialist), you'll plan and implement HR policies, recruit and select employees, conduct new employee orientations, participate in safety committees, resolve employee relations issues, administer performance reviews, and ensure compliance with labor laws. You'll also be responsible for initial payroll review and submission, and leading monthly "Listening Sessions" with employees.
