In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in our sales initiatives, engaging potential customers and presenting our products or services. This Temp-to-Hire Onsite position not only offers competitive pay but also includes an exceptional bonus plan.

Pay: $18/hr

Hours: 9am - 5:30pm (M-F)

Responsibilities:

• Contact existing customers in company provided campaigns (no cold-calling).
• Achieve key performance metrics for talk time, sales conversion, average order value, total revenue generated, and return percentage.
• Send professional correspondence and/or product information per customer request.
• Make modifications to customer accounts as needed; inputs or updates customer's order information into computer system/data base.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product/service offerings, company processes and procedures, and the industry at large.

Experience:

• Recent sales and customer service experience carrying and successfully hitting a monthly quota.
• Outbound call center sales experience (predictive dialer technology a plus).
• Transactional call center sales experience (predictive dialer technology a plus).
• Business-to-business sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Dynamic, career mindset required.
• Ability to speak to business owners and managers comfortably.
• Ability to connect with Gatekeeper and to speak with decision makers.
• Ability to overcome sales objections.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
