Job Description

The General Manager will oversee managing the office operations. The General Manager will deal with customers daily, review and quote jobs and work with customers to ensure they are getting exactly what they need. GM will make sure all operations at the company run smoothly. The GM will work closely with the owner to ensure the company is hitting its sales and operational goals. The GM will be expected to bring accounts over to the company and will be expected to help with sales to make sure the company is hitting its target sales every single month.

JOB DUTIES

· Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality service

· Working closely with account managers/estimators to retain clients

· Improving internal processes for better productivity

· Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports

· New business development

· Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff

· Creating and implementing strategies for business growth

· Ability to quote jobs

REQUIREMENTS

· Have extensive industry knowledge

· Industry experience required

· 5 years of management experience

· Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

Compensation will range from $80k-100k depending on experience and ability to bring in new business. The GM will receive an annual bonus equal to 10% of companies net profit.
