Pups Pub is Tampa's favorite full liquor sports bar and dog park! Pups Pub is a haven for dogs to roam off-leash inside and outside the establishment while their humans enjoy themselves at the bar! All dog enthusiasts over the age of 21 are welcome at Pups Pub; people do not need a dog to enter :)

Ownership is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and experienced General Manager to lead its staff of bartenders and Pup Patrollers while working with the Sales Manager on sales and marketing. The GM will receive 5% of net revenue so when Pups Pub makes money, YOU make money!

Qualifications:

• 5 years of sales, customer service and management experience
• Results driven, trustworthy and team oriented
• Proficient using POS, CRM, Excel, Windows, Social Media, etc.
• Time efficient, organized, creative and innovative
• Must LOVE dogs and be passionate about creating amazing guest experiences
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 10 full time and part time employees
• Open and close bar
• Handle cash
• Collect, analyze and report consumer data
• Organize and submit orders
• Plan and execute events and parties
• Sales and customer service
