Job Description

We are looking to add a Data Entry Clerk to our growing team!

Job Duties/Description:

• Process and obtain financial data for use in maintaining accounting records
• Confirm all shipments loaded in a month are processed on time
• Rating of all paperwork to allow for revenue entry
• Process paperwork for all branches
• Local billing to the customer and mailing of invoices
• Enter third party notes on paperwork regarding discounts, amount paid, and date processed
• Performs local receivable reconciliation and reconciles short statements

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent or six months to one year related experience
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Great attention to detail

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $40k ($19.23/hr)
• Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm (8 hour days with an hour lunch)
  • Flexible start times between 7:00am-9:00am & end times 4:00pm-6:00pm.
• Location: In-Office, Saint Paul area
