Job Description

Data Entry Clerk

• Obtain and supply hard copy proof of delivery documents for each shipment for clients
• Documents are obtained through online web portals on carrier websites
• Enter in proof of delivery reference numbers and provide documents to clients once completed
• Occasional phone calls may need to be made to obtain the shipping document
• Previous experience in an office support role is preferred
• Full training will be provided, no prior experience in freight/logistics is needed

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of clerical/data entry experience in a professional office setting
• High School Diploma
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong computer skills - typing, accuracy, etc.

Additional Information

• Pay: $20/hr.
• Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
• Type: Contract-to-hire
