Accounts Payable Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices, performing three-way matching, and ensuring payments are made accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter invoices into our accounting system
- Ensure three-way matching of purchase orders, goods received, and invoices
- Verify invoice accuracy and resolve related discrepancies
- Process payments for approved invoices
- Manage vendor accounts and maintain accurate records of payments
- Analyze and reconcile accounts payable transactions

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a focus on high-volume invoice processing and three-way matching
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Sage
- Ability to effectively communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
