Position Summary:
This position conducts research by assisting with the collection, entry andcleaning of data and descriptive results. Collaborates with project leadershipand project team members to ensure goals are achieved via protocol development,protocol implementation and provider/project staff training.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Research:
• Perform surveys, interviews, observations oruses other methods according to established research protocols.
• Collect, process and analyze data. Summarizeresearch and test results.
• May assist with study protocol development.
• Coordinate the ordering, inventory andmaintenance of equipment, instruments and data collection and analysis tools.
• Reviews, synthesizes and analyzes clinicalinformation from multiple sources at the individual, agency and aggregatelevel.
• Interviews partnering agencies to identifyclient/member and program needs at the individual and aggregate level.
• Assists in the development and implementationof training for agency and project staff.
• Synthesizes data from multiple sources withdirection from project leadership.
 •Completes assigned quality monitoring tasks and reports.
Communication:
• Prepare and contributes statistical data andpertinent information for papers, grants and other documents.
• Complete required documentation forregulatory agencies.
• Collaborates with project leadership andteam to develop project goals, processes and protocols.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team tocomplete incident and case reviews and summarizes findings atindividual/aggregate level.
• Collaborates with partnering agencies toobtain missing data points.
• Contributes project information for grantdocuments and publication.
• Collaborate with project director to ensuremeeting project goals.
Performs other related duties and participatesin special projects as assigned.
