The Medical Office Associate is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Department of Neurosurgery. This position will work with faculty, clinical and administrative support staff.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Greeting visitors.

Answering and routing phone calls to the appropriate party.

Send messages to Doctor/Nurse when patient calls office.

Handling office correspondence and e-faxing as needed.

Mailing pre/post surgery instructions

Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
