UHS is Hiring a Sr. Human Resources Generalist Full Time Days Near BRADENTON, FL

Responsibilities

Administers various human resource procedures for all facility personnel; assists in development and implementation of human resources procedures, performs duties in the following functional areas: compensation, job descriptions, new hire on-boarding, employee evaluations, HRIS reporting, and benefits. The Sr. HR Specialist supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and models the Service Excellence standards to all customer groups. Exhibits effective leadership skills through planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating departmental functions in relation to the UHS and the MMH vision, mission, strategic goals and values and in accordance with TJC’s leadership standards. Other duties as assigned.

Experience in a healthcare environment is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3-5 years of Human Resource experience, or 7 years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience

Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
