Receptionist

PRN (as needed)

Availability Needed: Weekdays any time between 7am - 9pm and/or Weekend Days

We are currently seeking a per diem Receptionist. The schedule for this position will include weekdays and weekends. Our ideal candidates will possess strong multitasking skills, detail-oriented work habits, the ability to interact with all hospital guests with compassion and courtesy, as well as demonstrate professional, effective communication skills.

The Receptionist is responsible for:

• Greeting all staff, patients, and visitors to Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services.
• Ensuring all staff, patients, and visitors complete the COVID-19 screening form thoroughly. Reviews form to ensure individual meets all criteria for entrance into facility.
• Takes the temperature of each staff, patient, and visitor and ensures temperature is within acceptable range.
• Fits wristband onto each individual who meets criteria for entrance into facility.
• Completes regular sanitation and ensures area is clean and orderly.
• Ensures supplies are maintained (forms, wristbands, pens, masks, etc.)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate competency in the criteria listed in this job description. The specifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability to meet the minimum requirements for this position.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

One year previous experience in customer service. Prefer one year of experience in healthcare customer service role.
