Moonstone Massage Therapy is Hiring a Receptionist Near Salem, NC
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!
As the receptionist for our busy spa, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet clients as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of clients throughout their salon visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, reliability, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive at the spa
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Take payments/deposits
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service
- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Saturdays required
- Ability to pass a background check
