UHS of Delaware, Inc. is Hiring an OFFICE COORDINATOR Near SACRAMENTO, CA

Responsibilities

The Heritage Oaks Patient Enrichment Center, more commonly known as the ‘HOPE Center,’ is a newly constructed, state of the art, 16-bed, Psychiatric Health Facility, serving the acute psychiatric needs of the community in concert with the Sacramento County Department of Health and Human Services

We are currently looking for someone to join our team as an Office Coordinator. In this position you are responsible for performing varied secretarial and clerical duties for HOPE center. Incumbent assists with a variety of assignments and office functions and enhances departments effectiveness by providing information and clerical support to the facility.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education: Associate’s degree in medical office or related field preferred. Minimum of high school diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum of two (2) year experience in a health care facility preferred.

Additional Requirements: Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Must be able to type 40wpm and be proficient with Microsoft office applications.
