Heritage Oaks Hospital is a freestanding, 125-bed acute psychiatric hospital dedicated to serving the greater Sacramento area. We provide treatment to teens, adults and seniors living with mental health challenges.
We are currently looking for someone to join our team as an Office Coordinator Manager for the Outpatient Department . In this role you will perform varied secretarial, clerical, training, and auditing duties for the Director of Outpatient Services. Incumbent assists with a variety of assignments and office functions and enhances department effectiveness by providing information and support to the Outpatient Services Director and provides additional oversight to all administrative and operational tasks related to the office coordinator as well as some U/R functions.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in medical office or related field preferred. Minimum of high school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) year experience in a health care facility preferred.
License: No license required.
Additional Requirements: Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Must be able to type
40 wpm and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Incumbent must maintain a current, valid certificate in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (classes are provided in-house). Successful completion of Handle with Care (HWC) training (provided in-house) including de-escalation and appropriate use of seclusion and restraint, within the first 30 days of employment and required prior to assisting in the procedures. Incumbent may be required to work overtime and flexible hours. Incumbent must have the ability to drive, have their own form of transportation and have current license, registration and vehicle insurance.

Salary: Starting from $65,000.00 to $68,640.00 a year
