The Atlantic Region CBO is seeking a dynamic and talented HR Coordinator.
After onsite training/orientation in Richmond, VA, a hybrid work from home option is possible for this position.
The primary responsibility of the Human Resources Coordinator is to direct and plan the human resource function of the CBO. Provides support to the leadership team and staff concerning all areas of human resources including employee relations recruitment and retention, salary and wage administration, benefit administration and worker’s compensation.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years HR experience preferred
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Demonstrates knowledge of policies and procedures and employment laws (Federal, State and Local)
Customer focused both internally and externally, strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, strong 10 key data entry, and excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
1-3 years healthcare business office experience preferred.
