As a Development Associate you will help increase fundraising from individuals, corporations and foundations for our programs. With guidance and direction from the Director of Individual and Corporate Development, you will support the individual and corporate development team’s administrative and operational needs including proposal and report coordination, grant and sponsorship deliverables execution, fundraising support for both cash and in-kind gifts, as well as support for large scale mailings. This position will partner with colleagues who work on major gifts, direct mail, grants and events to develop coordinated strategies for approaching donors (individual, corporate and foundation). The Development Associate will also manage and steward their own portfolio of donors to retain and increase giving to the Clinic. Following the probationary period where on site work is required, this is a hybrid role, which does require on-site work a minimum of 2 days per week.
