DescriptionAs the Administrative Assistant III (AA3) you will serve as a Receptionist, Technologist Assistant, Image Librarian and Scheduling Coordinator. The AA3 is responsible for a full complement of Radiology front-end processes including Reception, Image Library, Onsite Scheduling, and Technologist Assistant duties on a rotating basis. · Reception duties include the registration/arrival of patients, obtaining clinical information pertinent to the scheduled exams, collecting cash/insurance and authorization information. · Digital Librarian duties include processing Laila’s, digitization of hardcopy images, create hardcopy and/or CDs of images and retrieving comparison studies. · Scheduling duties are as required for add-on and follow-up appointments. · Technologist assistant duties include facilitating patient preparation, safety screening and education. The Administrative Assistant demonstrates maximum flexibility and multitasking capabilities with the ability to rotate to existing Radiology areas. The training period for this position will be performed at Calabasas Imaging, Encino Imaging, North Hollywood, Santa Clarita Imaging, Thousand Oaks Imaging and Westlake Village Women’s Imaging Centers. Salary Range: $28.23 - $40.44 Hourly
