Our priorities are great customer service and educating clients on diversifying their portfolios with precious metals. A significant component of the delivery of our experience is the service that is provided by our administrative support professionals. This position supports an independent, tenured Senior Account Executive, specializing in precious metals. We are looking for someone who is motivated, qualified, and equipped to do phone pre-sales/ appointment setting for our company.
We develop clients for our Senior Account Executives by educating clients in physical and IRA precious metal portfolios.
We will train you with our systems to reach clients, connecting with them, uncovering their questions and educational needs about diversifying into gold and other precious metals, qualifying them, and assisting them in setting up a future appointment with one of our Senior Account Executives.
This job will require you to have great social skills with the ability to make personal connections while educating clients about our company and product offerings. Candidates will have a great working relationship with the Senior Account Executives you will be assisting.

The mission of this group is to provide world class service to our existing client base through ongoing campaigns. The goal is to establish a value-added relationship with our current clients, assisting them in obtaining educational materials and assisting with appointments for our Account Executives. You will be provided with tools and programs to provide excellent customer service, knowledge and communication between our clients and their senior account executive.
START DATE: March 25, 2024 (This is an in-office position only. No remote options.)
SCHEDULE: Weekdays: Monday – Thursday, 11 am to 8 pm PST; Saturday, 7am – 4pm PST.
