U.S. Money Reserve is Hiring a Client Service Associate Near Phoenix, AZ

We are one of the world’s largest precious metal companies in the world with offices in Scottsdale Arizona, Houston, Texas and Austin, Texas. Our priorities are great customer service and educating clients on diversifying their portfolios with precious metals. A significant component of the delivery of our experience is the service that is provided by our administrative support professionals. This position supports an independent, tenured Senior Account Executive, specializing in precious metals. We are looking for someone who is motivated, qualified, and equipped to do phone pre-sales/ appointment setting for our company.

We develop clients for our Senior Account Executives by educating clients in physical and IRA precious metal portfolios.

We will train you with our systems to reach clients, connecting with them, uncovering their questions and educational needs about diversifying into gold and other precious metals, qualifying them, and assisting them in setting up a future appointment with one of our Senior Account Executives.

This job will require you to have great social skills with the ability to make personal connections while educating clients about our company and product offerings. Candidates will have a great working relationship with the Senior Account Executives you will be assisting.

The mission of this group is to provide world class service to our existing client base through ongoing campaigns. The goal is to establish a value-added relationship with our current clients, assisting them in obtaining educational materials and assisting with appointments for our Account Executives. You will be provided with tools and programs to provide excellent customer service, knowledge and communication between our clients and their senior account executive.

START DATE: March 25, 2024 (This is an in-office position only. No remote options.)

SCHEDULE: Weekdays: Monday – Thursday, 11 am to 8 pm PST; Saturday, 7am – 4pm PST.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services or insurance products preferred.
  • Two plus years’ experience providing customer service or support to clients.
  • Previous call center experience is a plus.
  • Work history which demonstrates stability and aptitude for advancement
  • Requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with clients and produce qualified referrals to our Senior Account Executives
  • Proficient computer skills (ability to access email and the Internet) and proficiencies in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Salesforce are desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding teamwork and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and operate in tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaborative mentality with a desire to achieve personal and company performance goals.

  • Curiosity and ingenuity to help implement new client‐related technology solutions as well as creatively build and maintain methods and procedures of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • The Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing members with high quality, individualized phone support, processing and satisfying inbound requests for information, and conducting outbound campaigns to ensure we provide world class service to our existing clients while also creating additional new client opportunities.
  • Representatives must deliver accurate and prompt resolution of any requests that arise, and relay necessary information to the members as well as our agents and internal staff.
  • Researches and analyzes requests to ensure successful outcomes and or resolution.
  • Develops and fosters relationships with clients by becoming a dedicated resource.
  • Develops broad understanding of Precious Metals and IRA’s.
  • Handles escalated telephone calls to assist members and senior account executives with problem resolution or clarification.
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients.
  • Assist with scheduling client appointments for advisor.
  • Review notes from senior account executives and complete action items.
  • Document all communication & interactions with clients and prospects in a timely manner!

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour plus commission

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 11 am to 8 pm PST and Saturdays 7am to 4pm
