The Senior Client Service Associate works on the Advisor Support team providing support and assistance to financial advisors. This job is a mixture of client service and operations, and involves working with internal team members, a select group of financial advisors and their staff to provide excellent service to advisors and their clients.
Examples of day-to-day responsibilities include: servicing phone calls from advisors and custodians, coordinating projects, prioritizing advisor tasks and requests, processing new account applications, account transfers, account updates, cash distributions, and following up on and resolving NIGO alerts and various other work assigned by financial advisors.
As an associate on the Advisor Support team you will have the opportunity to work with talented and experienced service, technical and operational team members to support the success of high growth financial advisors throughout the country. The position is team-based with a high level of on-going collaboration, interaction, and communication.
