OVERVIEW The Bilingual Case Aide will work with staff in the maintenance of social service cases by assessing client needs, assisting in the development and implementation of service plans, recommending and obtaining services, gathering information necessary for case managers to assist clients in obtaining services that will provide living arrangements appropriate to the clients identified need. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
POSITION REQUIREMENTS Prior experience in providing resettlement services is strongly preferred;
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS Satisfactory completion of USCRI’s Orientation and Training; and Complete additional training as identified by supervisor or Human Resources. PHYSICAL DEMANDS
