Job Description
Journey Managers at U.S. Bank are customer obsessed in driving journey planning, visioning, development, management, and customer experience to deliver on our human plus digital product strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs. Pulls from market and competitive insights, customer needs, and internal business priorities to create the journey vision (target customer segments, markets, channels, go to market approach, and value propositions). Aligns this strategic vision with cross-functional stakeholders to shape journey roadmap, investment areas and success measures.

• High-visibility role that will develop, own and translate the intricacies of all customer journeys related to the digital, branch or phone acquisition of a consumer deposit product through the critical first 90 days of onboarding .
• Identify opportunities to elevate new deposit client journeys requiring a keen understanding of client banking needs, CX, primacy and engagement drivers and client marketing touchpoints.
• Develop strategy and execution plans for journeys and translate them into executive-level insights using data visualization (power point, graphs/charts, journey maps) that can be shared out across business partners to influence investments and decision-making.
• Ability to leverage data analysis, manage to key OKRs and understand financial drivers to size and prioritize opportunities for onboarding roadmap planning.
• Business owner mindset and experienced collaborator who can reach across aisles, influence and gain support from various lines of business. support teams and stakeholders within a highly matrixed organization.

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically three to five years of relevant experience
- Proficient product, program or journey management or similar experience
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $116,280.00 - $136,800.00 - $150,480.00
