Shift Details:


Are you ready to embark on a dynamic career journey? We areoffering multiple shifts with exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Take a look at our shift options:

  • One AM Shift : 7am to 4pm, Friday through Tuesday, with Wednesday and Thursday off.
  • One MID Shift : 9am to 6pm, Wednesday through Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off.
  • One MID Shift : 9am to 6pm, Saturday through Wednesday, with Thursday and Friday off.

  • Dispatching delivery drivers with precision
  • Engaging with customers and partners via phone and email, providing top-notch assistance
  • Diagnosing, evaluating, and swiftly resolving issues and complaints
  • Monitoring the smooth progress of delivery routes
  • Expertly handling data entry and generating insightful daily reports

What You Bring to the Table:


At a minimum, we're looking for:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a dynamic call center
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate computer skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and other business applications
  • Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish (a huge plus!)
  • Strong customer service skills with a determination to resolve issues
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities paired with top-notch organization skills
