Mailroom / Equipment Operator Clerk

• Work Arrangement : Onsite in Tukwila, WA
• Position Type : Contract position for Months with performance-based extension
• Work Schedule hours per week Friday to Tuesday am to : pm
• Hourly Pay - $ Weekly Pay Out

Daily Responsibilities :

In this role, you'll be performing general clerical operations tasks that may be routine. You can expect to work in a shared space, with a team atmosphere.

As an Associate Equipment Operator, you will open, review, sort, and capture transactions into a proprietary processing system.

Other duties may include : receiving, logging, batching, scanning, preparing and distributing incoming and / or outgoing mail;

verifying or matching data on documents; performing simple data entry tasks; and performing routine math calculations. You will be supported as you train under supervision.

The successful Associate Equipment Operator will demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to follow procedures, and basic computer knowledge.

They have the desire and motivation to constantly improve their ability to perform each function quickly and accurately.

The working environment is fun with a casual dress code in a highly secure facility.

In this role, you will :

• Capture and sort mail and documents using low and high-speed scanners and mail-sorting equipment
• Prepare and organize work for subsequent processing
• Problem solve as a result of machine error messages or jams.
• Perform routine maintenance and simple repairs
• Escalate equipment issues and work with equipment vendors to address mechanical or software issues or updates
